Great spike, but I am not sure how well it could hold up. I understand you spike offensive targets, but with so much pressure in HA I don't know if it can hold up well.

<3 your builds, they all seem insanely fun to play. Trying all these out is going to cut into my gvg time haha

I'm not too sure. I really think staying alive with this build just means you need to play differently. If someone is taking damage, you can't just heal them and tell them to kite or w/e. You have to seed them or HH them. Basically all of your defense comes from seeding and HHing. I'm not sure how well it would work, I should probably try it out sometime.

Wouldn't your rangers do better if you dropped practiced stance and seeking arrows and replaced them with a defensive skill and either punishing shot or quick shot for the elite? Then you'd be able to get more arrows in during the orders. You could probably make dual->quick->savage->quick during the orders.
I don't see the benefit of bringing two preps. If you start with read the wind, spike, and still can't kill them before the target starts blocking arrows, the enemy monk will have him healed up by the time you get seeking arrows prepped. Oh, your orders would be over too.
Did I miss something really obvious?

yeah you did, seeking arrows + practised stance is meant for halls to interrupt the enemy heroes, seeking isnt used at all outside of altar maps.
